About Me


I recently returned from Shanghai, China where I completed a 4-month internship at Osteria Spirit, a fine dining Italian restaurant.

I also graduated from the 2-year chef program at George Brown College in 2012.

It might surprise you that I am also deaf! But I am aiming to be not only the best deaf chef but the best chef I can be.


This blog is offering various kinds of recipes. My passion is Asian cuisine but I also offer baking recipes and other culinary delights.

I am also posting about my experience being deaf in the culinary world. I am hoping that it will interest you!
